This is the time of year when many people are preparing to return to their passport country or relocate to yet another country. Along with all the practical details of the move, we need to attend to what it going on inside of us. Transition affects each person differently, and it is helpful to have an understanding how each of us is reacting and have tools to help each family member through the transition. The Well Member Care Centre offers debriefing services for individuals, couples and families to help you prepare for and process your transition. More info here. Another Family Transition Fun day will also be held May 7th.
