Peer to Peer Critical Incident Debriefing Workshop with Dr. Jerry Reddix

New Tribes Mission is hosting a Peer to Peer CID workshop with Dr. Jerry

Reddix, of Member Care International, on January 11-14 2010,  at our

Headquarters in Sanford, Florida.

Dr. Reddix is committed to seeing effective cross-cultural ministry for those

who have yet to hear and respond to the Love of Jesus. He has demonstrated that

commitment by encouraging, training and providing spiritual, emotional and

relational care to individuals and organizations working in more than 30

countries.  He is a consultant to denominations and to agencies, often

traveling to overseas locations to provide training and to better understand

reality on the ground. Jerry received his psychological and theological

training at Biola University, graduating with a doctorate in clinical

psychology in 1989.  He worked as a licensed marriage and family therapist from

1986, providing a wide range of counseling services as well as training

counselors and pastoral caregivers. In 1995, Jerry left private practice to

become a fulltime member care provider with Member Care International, and has

been fully engaged since that time.
